I would not expect to pay $40+ (including tip which I paid in advance) for a 11 minute haircut. I expect a little more attention to detail especially since it is advertised as a 30 minute service. There was no offer for a rinse or shampoo following and not even a quick blow dry to remove the lose hair off my head and neck. I'm not one for confrontation, so I simply smiled and left. I hope the owner reads these posts. I'm not the only one commenting on the rushed service provided. It also stings a bit more when you are seeing other customers getting better (longer) service. Maybe you have to be a regular to get that. I will not return.

Justin was just so incredibly disappointing. I read so many good things online, but he was by far the most impersonal barber I’ve ever met. Didn’t even brush off any of the extra hair. $60 for a 10 minute trim. Try the Barberette a few blocks down - much better service.
Justin is the sweetest when he cuts my two boys' hair, and they love playing the arcade games he keeps in the shop. Five stars!!!
Awesome place for a haircut with a sweet atmosphere. If you're looking for a great barber, book an appointment with Paige. One of the best barbers in the game. Give her a shot, you won't regret it!
